Booked two holidays with them, fool me. First holiday cancelled 6 months still not received any money back and wanted to transfer balance due for the other holiday but said I'm due them money but clearly see withdrawn full amount but denying they are owing me money.
Agents are lying tell you one amount and withdraw a different amount and they hang up as they can't understand you.
