I have tried calling TELETEXT! they keep hanging up. I have already paid for my holiday!!!! its issued as a CREDIT NOTE due to COVID-19 and they are telling me there is an out standing balance - TT788928 I HAVE BANK STATEMENTS SHOWING I PAID FULL AMOUNT. please contact me asap.
how can I go to my holiday with this going on!!! so stressful I will take legal action
