Emailed on 3/7/20 to tell them to cancel the holiday, l was prepared to lose the money l had already paid.
Nothing heard back from them until 17/8/20 saying they are automatically going to take the outstanding balance. Which the bank told me may in breach of data protection has you had not set up direct debt just kept my details on file.)
Spent 39 mins on the phone then got cut f this morning. Rang back on over 1 hour to be cut of again. Emailed them again still no reply.
On the phone again but still no reply.
