Would leave 0 stars if I could.
Awful customer service! Still waiting for a refund from my cancelled trip in May.
Was told we could apply 31st July - which we did and no acknowledgement. Spent hours trying to get through to them on the phone - we eventually did and was told we would have the refund in 15-18 days and still nothing.
I left a bad review before and someone replied saying they would get in contact but NOTHING. So don’t believe there replies!!
Never ever book with teletext.
