Have waited the required 3 months before i can get a refund on credit note on cancelled April holiday. Emailed for the refund three times with no reply, have rung numerous times and been on hold for at least 30 minutes each time. Cannot find online chat.
Understand it is a busy time but to be issued a credit note, receive calls to use it on another holiday then silence when we are in need of the refund is NOT ACCEPTABLE
