Teletext holidays you are a disgrace! Holiday cancelled in May due to covid! Was told I would get refund end of July. When this didn't happen I called numerous times and was put on hold for over an hour each time. Finally when someone answered my call I was told end of August. I have very little hope that my refund will be with me by the 31st. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Not going to get many customers returning to your service. Do the decent thing and give us back out monies!!
