Absaloute discrase would never go anywhere near them, phoned about 6 times in the past to be told 3 different dates on refund, then today after being in a que for 50 minutes to ask about a refund again what I've waited 3 months for and at least 50 emails totally ignored to then have the phone put down on you, phone to book a holiday they pick up striaght away.
The customer service is dreadful unless you are booking and giving them money then they are all good and can't do enough for ur.
My advise stay well clear.
