They have failed to notify us of a cancellation and when trying to arrange a refund they disconnect the phone. 3 hours and 7 times disconnected. Each staff member gets ruder and ruder when you try to complain. They state they are busy but when are taking more bookings and answer the booking line within 4 rings.
