We have spent the last two weeks trying to amend our holiday destination and managed to finally change it four days ago- it came with a additional cost of £400
We were told we would receive our confirmation documents within 24 hours and still waiting. We have contacted via phone today twice and been on hold for 1hr and 20 mins only to have the phone put down on us.
This needs sorting ASAP. I find it appalling paying customers are treated in such a way
