Booking Reference TT780674 - Rang Customer Support, which is not at all what it is, as two different dates I have been given by two different advisers in the past have been missed. Now told that I can apply for a cash refund after 30th September. I know that Ryanair refunded the flight money in July, and the hotel I booked never had payment for my reservation from Teletext. So Teletext have had my money sitting in their account for a very long time. having to wait 4 months to get my money back is not good. All the messages about being very busy is no consolation to people trying to get their money back.
It's not beyond the whit of man to take on some extra staff to help cope.
By not stressing customers out with the constant battle to get their money back would surely pay dividends with return customer bookings.
To make phone calls which keep you on hold for over an hour each time you ring is also not helpful to stress levels.
Sorry Holly, I know you must be the busiest person working for Teletext, constantly having to say your sorry to read bad reviews! I await the automated response.
