They keep you on hold for up to an hour then hang up when you give them the reference (has happened at least 20 time’s) when you do speak to someone they shout at you and lie to you. I was told (in writing) that my refund would be in my account by last Thursday and it wasn’t. I called and (eventually) spoke to several different people and got told several different stories.. they just tell you rubbish to get you off the phone. I have sent countless emails to a number of emai addresses and have only emailed one standardised email telling me to expect a refund in 90 Days... you are a joke of a company and I shall see you in court along with a lot of other people it seems. Perhaps the staff mentioned in the random 5 star Reviews can look into this for me seeing as they are so wonderful? Will update again in a few days for anyone reading these reviews!
