I booked a holiday with teletext to kefalonia 30th sept to 10th oct 2020 the airline cancelled the return flight so I was able to book a different date phoned teletext 20 times got everyone's names i just wanted a refund for the accommodation and transfers I just keep getting fobbed off, just spoke to them again to ask for an email stating they cancelled it because I have had nothing from them, I only found out the flight was cancelled by checking on easy jet, teletext didn't even tell me. Now they are saying it takes 90 days for a refund absolutely ridiculous. I'm not giving up!! They keep making excuses about the suppliers. My reference is TT778774 PLEASE SORT IT. If I hear nothing soon I will post everyone's name i have spoken to. I have always booked with teletext with no problems so TELETEXT PLEASE REFUND ME ASAP NOT 90 DAYS
