Do not use teletext holidays, they lied when I booked told me luggage included and it wasnt, hurried and pressured selling, now 5 months on from holiday cancellation and no refund, I dont even have a credit voucher now it expired in July! No communication just lies.
People are taking unnecessary holidays because of this its shocking, totally irresponsible and they really couldn't care, no customer service, I really don't know what to do they owe me £1700 and just keep lying, my bank can't help as teletext keep saying they will refund but they haven't.
