Had my week in Gran Canaria cancelled due to Covid 19 back in April, I've been promised my refund numerous times but still no joy. Every time I contact them they move the goalposts. I wish I was able to just forget about £1200 but I'm not that lucky. I have kids that need clothing and feeding but a multi-million pound corporation think it's OK to keep my hard earned money.
I'd let the McCann's babysit my kids before I booked through these jokers again.
Avoid at all costs.
