Me and my friend booked to go to Paris in March, the holiday got moved to September due to COVID, now its due to happen in a weeks time and we are unable to go, Easy jet have cancelled the return flight and we have requested a refund from Teletext who have refunded us a partial amount of £120, everytime we ring we get through to someone who places us on hold for longer than half an hour or they cut you off the call. They're rude and unorganised. I will definatley be telling everyone not to book with teletext and to go with a reliable company.
