Holiday cancelled due to Covid. Granted, this was out of TTH control. However, we have waited months for our refund. Told end of July- Nil refund. Told end of Aug- Nil refund. Now told cash will be refunded be 30th September.
Our flight provider confirmed flight money had been refunded last month, yet we are still being fobbed off by TTH.
Will never book with this company again. Absolute joke.
