Due to COVID my holiday costing nearly £2k was cancelled in March.
I could not claim a refund until July 31st despite the fact that Easyjet sent them over £1k refund for flights in early June.
Countless emails and unanswered calls, I eventually claimed the money back via my Virgin Credit card who will now chase Teletext for the refund. I would recommend doing this as all I get from Teletext is generic replies and no refund.
