to be honest I have only given 1 star as 0 isn't available. My holiday was cancelled due to covid19 just like so many others I had to battle for a refund. Endless calls and emails. No uk based offices. Rude aggressive advisors based in India. Worthless credit notes issued. Lie after lie. I would advise anyone wanting to book a holiday to give this company a wide berth. No customer care. No respect. Do not use TELETEXT HOLIDAYS.
