Owned by Truly Travel. Score would be -10 if I had my way. Dispicable company, who just takes your money and doesn't refund when holiday is cancelled. They are rude on the phone (when you can get through) they put you on hold for 40 mins and run your phone bill sky high. Abusive staff, constant lies and broken promises for over 4 months now. Had my money 15 months and not a penny back. They ignore emails, messages and wonder why people are upset.
