Never use this company if you have any mental health problems. A one star is too much for them but that is the lowest. After receiving an email from ryanair to say outward fight on Sunday instead of Saturday but teletext seemingly didn't know, return flight cancelled. I have spoken to numerous people, been hung up on, been told that I am due a full refund but not till 90 days after my departure date. Why are they getting away with this. This is causing so much anxiety and sleepless nights.
