Due to fly 14th may holiday was cancelled by Ryanair in April but teletext couldn't be bothered to tell us it was cancelled until 7 days before we were due to fly. Took 3 months to get my accommodation refunded but they will not refund the flights stating they haven't received the money back from Ryanair. Despite the email i sent to them from Ryanair to say it had been refunded to teletext. They lie and lie and lie. Take your money but will do anything to get out of giving it you back. So my next steps are to take them to court to get my money back. Absolutely despicable, this company is run by cowboys who do not care about their customers. Aviod at all costs
