This company believe me is not even worth 1 star. Booked a holiday August 2019 for June 2020 paid in full. Teletext cancelled our holiday in May 2020. The phone calls we have had to make are just beyond a joke to get our refund, that they still have not paid back to us, most of the time they make you hold on for up to 2 hours then hang up on you, and these are only a few of the pathetic excuses they have come out with. We are waiting for the suppliers to pay us, so we can pay you. Teletext are my supplier, no one else. I have checked with accommodation, they have never been paid up front. Transfers also not paid, only one who got paid was airline, also confirmation from airline that Teletext mastercard was paid my cash refund on 20th July 2020. Next pathetic excuse is the biggest one of all, ATOL had my cash refund and it was safe, and they were trying to get it back of them. It has been 115 days since Teletext cancelled my holiday and 97 days since I should have been flying out. Even on 3rd of August they requested my bank details to pay my refund within 3/4 weeks, this is now over a month ago. Please everyone warn your family, friends, this company will go beyond infinity to keep your money, and cause you anxiety and stress.
