Refunds that’s what !! I see on here people having the same problem as me. I’ve phoned and phoned even been cut off countless times after waiting like an hour or so. Refund was suppose to be back into account end July then told second week in August then still waiting phoned again told it be into account next day NOTHING then phoned yet again last week to be told I have to send an email to refund dept with details and be in account straight after. Guess what !!!! NOTHING. It’s ridiculous and I’ve always been polite and some speak to you and seems tell you want they think is acceptable like to get you off the phone. Really !!!!! This is appalling Customer Service. Live chat they say but you can’t get on that easily either if at allI’m now waiting on the Phone again to speak to Someone. I heard from Easy jet back in beginning of July to say they’d refunded all monies back to Teletext but Teletext fo t seem to want to part with it. From reading others reviews today I see I’m among a few. So I’m on the phone now after waiting a while yet again. Oh I’m on now & Guess what the Lady says “ Yes madam please do not worry you will receive your money and Please just give me a while whilst I sort this for you !!!!!!! This is now September 8th. Oh now lady come back with “ Madam do not worry you will get your refund by the end of the Month” Is that some sick joke !!!! Absolutely appalling and lies after lies. Sadly these Customer Service advisors are just reading off what they’ve been told to say. I wasn’t rude but I was angry and getting my point across as any person would be. I’ve done all nicely nicely as it’s awful treatment. She went on to say they have so many transactions but after reading on here the Complaints are they actually paying anyone back.
