Our flights have been cancelled, emailed Teletext holidays over a week ago when we found out. Not had any response, impossible to speak to so.eone, as line goes dead when they pick up. Impossible to get on the Live chat, redirects you all the time. Just want some clarification on what is happening. I feel bad for complaining when I see people here been waiting a very long time.
