I’VE BEEN ON THE PHONE ALL MORNING TRYING TO CHANGE MY HOLIDAY NEXT WEEK TO CRETE, DUE TO RECENT GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS. I KEEP GETTING PASSED FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER AND FOBBED OFF WITH NO INFORMATION.
NONE OF THE STAFF SEEM TO UNDERSTAND AND ARE CLEARLY READING OFF A CRIB SHEET.
