As per other customer reviews, I am waiting for a refund of 4000 pounds, was told 90 days. Now atol says I should have 1 within 1 days. Today I am going to try a section 75 to retrieve the money, if this does not work I will be forced to apply to the small claims court, when this is upheld I will upscale it to the high court and get a ccj against teletext Holidays in high you will incur extra charges and court costs for the trouble. I am not playing cat and mouse anymore, sort my refund or feel the wrath of the courts!!!. TT749728, email me with a sensible response.
