Booked up for October (before covid) Unable to discuss amending it as they won’t answer calls, emails etc.
On hold for at least 50 minutes then they hang up on you. Automated responses from them on email, social media And sites like this.
Absolutely shoddy customer service. Please, please please don’t book with them. I know covid is unprecedented but they’re handling of it is simply fraudulent. I’m still waiting on a reply to emails from 4 weeks ago.
