Deposit paid February, balance paid March. Lies and more lies.
Refund dates have been: end May, end July, end August, 14th September, 20th September and end of September.
No refund as yet!
I have spent hours on the phone, I'd estimate 14 hours or more.
Please stop lying, be honest, do what you say.
