I had a holiday booked for 22/05/20. It got cancelled due to Covid. I'm still trying to get my refund. Tried 10 emails now and several phone calls. They just fob you off time after time. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. On the website it says book with confidence. Ha that's a joke. All I want is my money back it's not too much to ask for.
