I have had my holiday cancelled due to Covid. Meant to be flying out 22/05/20. I've still not got my refund. I have sent 10 emails and had several phone calls. Still no money. They just fob you off every time. Teletext are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my whole life. On their website it says book with confidence. Ha that's a joke. All I'm asking for is my money back, it's not to much to ask for.
