We are due to go to Cyprus on 1st of October our booking reference is TT754468 Ryanair has informed us that the flights are cancelled and we tried to contact The Roman Hotel in Cyprus where we are meant to stay and it is closed until next year!
You have all our money and haven’t even had the decency to inform us.
Having travelled with you many times we are so shocked by the awful treatment.
We have emailed you as requested to tell you the flights were cancelled but still not heard from you.
