Awful Company. Do not book a holiday with Teletext! Holiday booked and cancelled due to current circumstances. Getting a refund is an absolute joke. They do not want to provide a refund and hold your money unlawfully. Customer support is just a title. They are rude, lie and even use abusive language. Apparently they never have a supervisor or manager to speak too. There complaints procedures are a myth, you can not file a complaint via telephone only online to an non existent complaints form with a hidden magic trick, click the link and guess what you are back to the start and poof! The form was never there. Call Centre is based in India, poorly run with no hierarchy system in place. As a British company that has been running for a lot of years, it is disgusting that they don’t have any pride in maintaining customer satisfaction. All please complain to travel trust association to start complaint procedures for you’re refund, please report on direct gov for company behaving unfairly during covid. Also Holly from teletext please do not respond as I do not want to call your joke of a customer support team to be on hold for hours, have the phone hung up and speak to you’re rude arrogant staff. It’s a money grabbing organisation, cuts back costs on its customer service, plus you’re holiday deals are rubbish. Teletext CEO I hope you are enjoying sitting on everyone else money to save you’re organisation from bankruptcy. However you can issue credit notes, rebook a holiday and still sell holidays but can not give a cash refund because teletext have not received payment from the air lines, guess what I paid Teletext for a package holiday not the air lines. You’re problem not mine so pay me my money. You set of bandits!
