Like many others have received extremely poor customer service from Teletext. Been fobbed off many times over the 3 months since the holiday was cancelled, still waiting for a refund. Was just on a call holding for 1hr, eventually got through to someone. When I mentioned refund I was put on hold again without notice then 5mins later cut off. What can I say.... Appalling ref TT772231
