Booked a holiday to go out in June but was cancelled. Told to expect a refund in July, then August, then September. I've called this morning for my money only to be told, it's not been processed until October. I've got recordings of these conversations which shows you are a bunch of liars. Be guaranteed that I shall help spread the word about your company to people not to do business with you and I will NEVER book a holiday with you EVER.
