We were due to go out in June, teletext cancelled our holiday in April and said we will receive a refund in July, then in August, then end of September but still no refund. I was just told this morning it now October, please be aware that I've recordings of our conversations showing that you are a bunch of LIARS. Be rest assured that I will NEVER book a holiday with you EVER again.
