Had a partial refund from a holiday I was due to go on in April, teletext informed me it was due to Ryan Air not paying for flights. Contacted Ryan Air who confirmed teletext claimed MY refund 3 months ago. Teletext promised refund in July then August then September. Absolutely disgusting service TT781860
I’ve been told a manager will contact me within 48hrs 5 tines now and this never happens
