After about 30 calls and emails about my refund of airline fees its been 6 months and I'm still being told its being paid the last email i received was it was 30th sept AND STILL NO PAYMENT the refund department email address i was given isnt accepting emails?? Poor customer service poor way to treat honest paying customers who have worked hard to save up for holidays all year round but cant get our money back just keep getting fobbed off with the same story every time
