Due to fly in May. TT cancelled it. Partial refund of £188 about two weeks ago. Still haven’t paid the remaining amount owed, still won’t answer the phone, emails, messages or tweets sent to them, still facing rudeness when someone does finally answer the phone two hours later...and the lies! There are an endless stream of lies I’ve been fed, I’m sick of it. Give us back our money please-it is not legally your money. Makes me laugh the phone line still tells you to try live chat via the website...they’ve taken the live chat off so they can avoid customers that way too! I’d seriously suggest anyone thinking of using Teletext...save yourself the headache!
