I have tried many times to get through to teletext holidays via calling and emailing and some how end up speaking to someone in India who then passes me to someone else in India and that’s if I actually get through. I have waited on the line for over an hour at times. When I have spokn to people in India they have fobbed me off with lies saying I will hear back from customer service or receive a refund for our £1,178 cancelled holiday Which was supposed to be in July. I was told the refund will be in my account by September as they have had to wait for the airline to release our money before giving us back our refund. I have still have not received it which would be handy right now given the fact we have all suffered with financial problems during covid. I also contacted them in Facebook messenger which was useless but they have since blocked incoming messages. I have also noticed the replies from Teletext Holidays on here to the people complaining are all the same repetitive messages so it would be interesting to know if Teletext follow up any of these comments and If anyone has since been refunded. There must be some organisation who deals with these matters and helps people to get their money back from these scammers. I will never use teletext again. I want my cash refund or I will take it further. They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with robbing people. The chances are they are going bust and simply can’t pay us back. It’s disgusting!
