I’ve been waiting for a refund since my holiday was cancelled due to covid in March 2020.
I have telephoned & emailed so many times I am blue in the face.
I have contacted the airline and hotel no booking was even confirmed with them.
I have one simple question WHEN AM I GOING TO GET MY CASH BACK ?
