Cancelled holiday beginning of June, endless calls, emails and a promise of getting my refund, and yet nothing! It’s seems that through social media there are too many people in the same situation as me, they have had the money back from the flights and hotel and still I haven’t had my refund! This is an absolute disgrace for a company to behave this way, I have used Teletext for decades, and never could find fault until now!
