The first ember of staff who arrived was almost an hour overdue and did not call me to let me know about that.
He also made a quite silly remark when he was talking to me and I explained that my wife recently passed away and said " I can better that with 33 years" which I found quite a disrespectful saying.
He looked at the boiler/heating system and started looking between sheets and towels which were stored in the drying cupboard and asking if he dropped something he said he was looking for the gas meter and I told him that the meter was outside of the house.
Going outside I showed him the meter and he produced a key to unlock the door and afterwards he tried to lock the door with the same key and I said twice to him that he only had to push the door firmly and it would be locked.
The young lady who came afterwards was very polite and friendly and listened carefully to my answers to her questions and she was very pleased that I knew what I was talking about, she was decidedly more professional.
