I am having a HORRIBLE experience with Tenfold Animations! After realizing that I was upcharged on 2 sets of QR codes and ISBN codes ($2,900 for one book), I requested an estimate on my ROI for my 2nd book as I am considering canceling the contract due to unsatisfactory customer service. I have not received any information regarding an ROI for my current contract (no draft to review) nor have I received a satisfactory explanation regarding the uncharged and duplicate invoices. This was my first experience publishing a book...I don't believe Tenfold has published a book before, or my manager had very little knowledge of the process. He actually submitted a short draft to me (of my 2nd book) with the sequences were incorrect. He admitted that he had not read my book because he couldn't find the copy I sent. OMG! This company is incompetent and uncharge to the point of swindling customers out of money. My advice...BEWARE and go elsewhere!
