The Tenstickers website appears to be from the UK - they advertise Royal Mail and they don't tell you they're actually based in Spain.
I ordered 11 rolls of wallpaper and paid the extra £21 for DHL Express delivery only to get a call form DHL two days later asking for £61 import duty.
Clearly Brexit isn't their fault (don't start me off!), but they have a duty to their customers to be transparent about where their products are coming from and what hidden/additional charges we should expect.
I've raised a complaint with them and await their response.
