Terrible service. I placed an order which was not delivered. Royal mail advised me the parcel was lost and sent me info email. I contacted tenstickers who then blamed me for not picking up the parcel from depot even though it was never there for me to collect.I ask for a refund or replacement.I was told i would have to wait for the parcel to be delivered back to them and they would repost it, time limit 4/6 months. regarding refund, their responce to that was would i like another quote for a new order to be placed. Sending me a replacement order for the money i had already spent was not considered at all ...
