Hello everyone, here is my experience with the company Tenvinilo from Barcelona.
To clarify, Tenvinilo or Tenstickers is the same company.
A few days ago, I received a package following an order made on tenstickers.fr.
I had ordered adhesive strips to stick on the sides of my camper van.
These strips were supposed to measure 10 meters by 7 cm for one, and 10 meters by 10 for the other.
I received 3 sheets on which 1 meter sections of these strips were stuck.
I had also ordered stickers depicting a lizard, whose dimensions indicated on their website turn out to be those of the backing paper, not the lizards themselves.
I immediately called customer service, who asked me to take pictures and write an email. After sending the email, I contacted customer service again for follow up. My email was transferred to management...
Researching the reputation of this company on Trustpilot in France: rating of 2.2/5
• "Products received damaged, crumpled or poor quality (pixelated printing, different colors than the photo, etc.)"
• "Products received in incorrect sizes (carpets cut in half, stickers too small, etc). Many customers were unaware the product would be delivered in multiple pieces."
• "Long delivery times, or even no delivery of ordered products"
• "Poor handling of returns and refunds: refusal to take back products even when defective, obligation for customer to return product at their expense"
• "Poor customer service: no response to emails, confused explanations about delivery issues, refusal to acknowledge errors"
• "Dubious business practices: customer accounts blocked after a bad review, ambiguous sales conditions"
• "High shipping costs, especially for overseas or international shipping"
In summary, many customers complain about the poor quality of products received and Tenstickers' very poor after-sales service, which often refuses to admit mistakes and find satisfactory solutions for the customer in case of problems.
My impression is that if my stickers were cut every meter it's because the machine used has a conveyor belt of that size to reduce production times by manufacturing them that way. Tenvinilo doesn't care if those stickers become unusable for the customer.
My impression is also that if my lizards are ridiculously small it's because the ambiguous dimensions on the website are not there by accident or error, as customer complaints on this date back several years without the site making any changes.
I have already encountered this type of company whose poor service is offset by special attention to its reputation. Observe the difference between the customer satisfaction score they display on their site, compared to the scores on independent sites. Also observe how each negative review receives a rebuttal from the "owner" on Google.
If you really want to do business with these people, you now know how you will be treated.
