I ordered a flag for our boxing club. I realise that I had sent the wrong logo, contacted them by email and phone. They said to email the new logo and they would run with that one. The flag arrived with the old logo on it, not the second one second one I sent. It has cost me another £35 to get another flag. That said in terms and conditions it did say what you send Wil" be printed so it's down to me for sending wrong logo. Received a half price offer on second flag but it was to late as I had already ordered the second flag. Ordering was easy, timescale was as stated, would I deal with them again, yes without a doubt..
