I ordered flags on the 10th of November for an event on the 22nd of November. The website said it was 2 day production and 3 days delivery. I was expecting it on the 15th,it didn't come. I placed a call through and I was told it would be sent out on the 18th and delivered on the 19th. I placed another call on the 20th because i had not received it and I was told I would receive it on the 21st. It still di not come. I placed another call at 3pm on the 22nd and I was told I would receive it before 5pm. The event I needed it for was to start at 6pm, the flags were delivered 6.19pm when the event had already started. I am not happy with this service and I would like a refund of my money because the purpose for which I ordered the flags was not achieved due to this gross incompetence
