I have rated this as poor due to my negative experience with the insurer following my purchase. I would have rated it very poor if it weren't for the excellent website and process supplied by Tesco. I have since cancelled my insurance losing £50 in the process. My experience was a fortnight of stress and distress in aggressive and unfriendly communications from the insurer with multiple threats to cancel my insurance due to their system problems.
