Karly at the front gives attitude to the public. Told me "No-one likes you here so F*** off!" Paula the other lady just stood there not saying anything to her about her discussing attitude! Personally I think they need to change the staff around to more friendly staff who are there to help you. These staff members should be punished or fired for such attitude to the public and named and shamed so that others don't do such things in the future. Personally I only go there as it's the closest large shop to do my shopping for my family. I really would go somewhere else if I could and would recommend no-one else going here either if they could avoid it altogether. No amount of apology from any managers will be good enough for this discussing attitude! Action would be much better!!!
